dispatchr aims to provide efficient resource allocation to rescue teams and offer voluntary help from local communities to the ones in need during natural disasters, especially earthquakes. We used IBM Watson to detect collapsed buildings through trained satellite images that were recorded before and after the disaster had taken place.

Our project won IBM Call for Code prize at AngelHack Shanghai 2019.
